The state of Maine provides support to help ensure that people who are impacted by COVID-19 can safely isolate and quarantine, including services like food, transportation services for medical needs, and shelter and assistance to stay at home. Learn more here.
Maine DHHS typically responds the same day. Information received is private and confidential. Social services provided are free and will NOT affect eligibility for other Federal or State service/Benefits.

How to access these support services for yourself or a family member:

Fill out the Community Care for Social Support: COVID-19 Referral Form (please include as much detail as possible)

Call 211 and ask for help with quarantine.
LOCAL SUPPORT IN YARMOUTH
Local organizations and individuals are also available to get groceries or essentials, assist with rent relief, unemployment, and bring sanitizing supplies or other necessities.
